Why Fleet Presentation Matters
Company vehicles represent your business. Whether you run executive shuttle cars, sales team saloons, or service vans, clean, well-maintained vehicles make a great first impression. Regular care also helps preserve clearcoats, minimizing cosmetic lease-return penalties and helping maintain the vehicle's resale value.
Our Structured Fleet Guidelines
Instead of rushing through high-volume washes, we apply our precise detailing standards to commercial vehicles. Our fleet programs focus on efficiency, reliability, and clear maintenance tracking.
1. Structured Appearance Logs
We keep a digital log for every vehicle in your fleet, detailing its paint condition, previous protection steps, and any noted defects (like stone chips or thin clearcoat areas). This helps you keep a clean, accurate service record.
2. Safe Maintenance Cycles
We set up regular cleaning schedules (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) based on your vehicles' mileage. This prevents heavy road grime and corrosive salt from building up and bonding to your paintwork.
3. Focused Interior Durability
Our interior care targets high-use areas: floor mats, trunk linings, door sills, and key touchpoints. We use clean, matte-finish products that don't attract dust, helping your cabins stay cleaner for longer.
Important Business Principles:
- We focus on small local fleets, estate support vehicles, and professional fleets (up to 15 vehicles). We do not provide quick, high-volume automated washing.
- We do not offer guaranteed corporate discounts or fixed pricing menus. Quotes depend on a physical inspection of your vehicles' size and paint condition.
- All scheduling and bookings must be arranged via email; we do not offer automated online scheduling.
